With Russians' has substantial increase in demand of coffee, and coffee culture is gradually emerging in Russia, while the Russian element also adds a different color to its coffee culture.

one way degassing valve heard that there are many cafes sprung out in Moscow in past few years, and No. 4 Cafe in the west is one of them. The green alternate with white of No.4 cafe sign in the west is very conspicuous, just like being stolen from the sidewalk in New York. "We are inspired by New York culture, fashion and good music," said Dmitriyenko.

All seats of cafe have occupied. It feels like a happy bar, where customers are crowded together at tables, holding coffee and chatting with others, waiting for later jazz performances. Many Russians interviewed said they did not see any American-style elements make the café be fashionable. But what they believe that is the United States has the ability to promote a cool lifestyle through something tangible like coffee.

Customer service is clearly another aspect of "importing" from the United States. Maria Ollova, author of "Moscow Coffee," believes that when American businesses begin to arrive in Russia, excessive friendliness and customer service have become the norm in Russia. Russia's service is similar to "pay, shut up, take coffee and leave," "Ollova teases Russian services like that." Russians are very strict and we will not smile at our neighbors and strangers. "
